Returns Policy

 

**Original Receipt Required:**

All merchandise returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

 

**Final Sale Items:**

Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. 

 

**Return Conditions:**

Please read the following Return and Exchange Policy carefully before returning any items from your order:

- Items must be in their original selling condition (new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) and in their original packaging with tags attached to be considered for return.

- Items can be returned within 15 calendar days of the date you received the package according to our package tracking.

- Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment.

- Merchandise sold at discounted prices is final sale.

- We do not offer price adjustments for items that have gone on sale after your original purchase.

 

**Special Considerations:**

- **Intimate Apparel and Swimwear:** In the interest of hygiene, all swimwear, underwear, and face masks are final sale.

- **Apparel:** All original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Be mindful of deodorant, makeup, or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric.

 

**Damaged/Defective Items:**

If you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact us at nick(at)katrinleblond.com for assistance.

 

**Return Process:**

Boutique Katrin Leblond reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. To avoid this, please contact us at nick(at)katrinleblond.com to address any issues or concerns regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

 

**Return Shipping Costs:**

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post office. Customers are responsible for shipments until they arrive at our boutique.

 

**Refund Processing:**

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement. If the returned merchandise does not pass the quality check and is not approved, Boutique Katrin Leblond reserves the right to withhold the payment and keep the returned merchandise.

 

**Shipping Fees:**

Shipping fees will not be refunded.
