Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Boutique Katrin Leblond. Please review the following policy before submitting a return or exchange request.
Regular-Priced Merchandise
Regular-priced merchandise may be returned for a refund within 15 calendar days of delivery, based on the delivery date shown in the package tracking information.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must:
- Be new, unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Be in its original selling condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging, when applicable
- Be free from stains, odours, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other signs of wear
- Be accompanied by a valid order number, gift receipt, or other proof of purchase
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Sale and Promotional Purchases
Merchandise purchased at a reduced price or using a promotional discount may be eligible for an exchange or store credit, unless the product was explicitly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Sale and promotional purchases are not eligible for refunds to the original method of payment.
Store credits do not expire and may be combined with eligible promotions unless otherwise stated.
Final Sale Merchandise
Products explicitly marked Final Sale are not eligible for:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refunds
- Store credit
Final-sale restrictions do not apply to merchandise that arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly described, or is otherwise protected under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Intimate Apparel, Swimwear and Face Masks
For hygiene reasons, the following products are final sale:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Swimwear
- Face masks
These products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Trying on Garments
Please take care when trying on your garments.
Returned merchandise may be refused if it shows signs of wear or contains:
- Makeup or self-tanner
- Deodorant marks
- Perfume, smoke, or other odours
- Pet hair
- Stains, pulls, tears, or alterations
Please remove jewelry or accessories that could catch, pull, or damage delicate fabrics before trying on your purchase.
Return Request Deadline
Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the tracked delivery date.
Once your return has been authorized, the package must be shipped within 7 calendar days.
Packages sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, email amanda@katrinleblond.com and include:
- Your order number
- The item or items you wish to return
- Whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, or store credit
- The reason for the return
- Photographs, when reporting damage, a defect, or an incorrect item
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning merchandise for an exchange.
For approved exchanges shipped within Canada, Boutique Katrin Leblond will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item once. Additional exchanges involving the same order may be subject to shipping charges.
For international exchanges, customers are responsible for both return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Should the requested replacement no longer be available, we will issue a store credit for the approved merchandise.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or contain an incorrect item, please contact amanda@katrinleblond.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
When an error or confirmed defect is attributable to Boutique Katrin Leblond, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.
Claims involving legal warranties or other statutory rights will be assessed separately and are not automatically limited by the standard 15-day return period.
Return Shipping
For returns resulting from a change of mind, fit, size, or personal preference, customers are responsible for:
- Arranging the return shipment
- Paying all return shipping costs
- Securely packaging the merchandise
- Using a tracked shipping service
- Keeping the tracking information until the return is completed
Customers remain responsible for the package until it has been received by Boutique Katrin Leblond.
Boutique Katrin Leblond is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
Return Inspection
All returned merchandise is inspected before a refund, exchange, or store credit is approved.
Boutique Katrin Leblond reserves the right to refuse merchandise that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Should a return be refused, we will contact you and explain the reason. The merchandise may be collected from the boutique or shipped back to you at your expense.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 5 business days for Boutique Katrin Leblond to inspect and process your return.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the transaction and display it on your statement.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:
- The return results from an error by Boutique Katrin Leblond
- The merchandise arrived damaged or defective
- A refund of shipping charges is otherwise required by applicable law
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on merchandise that is reduced or included in a promotion after the original purchase date.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights, warranties, or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Delivery Terms:
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
